PROTECTS THE ELBOW

The unique design of the Eagle Arm Curl is such that the elbow is off the pad which removes pressure from the elbow and aids in proper arm positioning. The seat height also adjusts to get the shoulder in the right place for proper and safe lifting.

AN INSTANT FIT

The self-adjusting forearm length design feature automatically adjusts for the differences in forearm length of a wide variety of users. One user to the next with one less adjustment.

ROTATING GRIPS

Arm curls and hammer curls on the same machine Rotating hand grips accommodate the natural variations in carrying angle of a wide variety of users. They also allow both arms curls or hammer curl exercises.

STABILIZATION

Focus when you need it. Adjustable chest pad provides for more stable positioning of the torso relative to the axis of rotation.
