This design feature automatically adjusts for the differences in forearm length of a wide variety of users.
Curvilinear movement

The unique Cybex design of the input arm allows for constant torque at the elbow and shoulder which minimizes the tendency for the arm to rise during extension. And, as the motion is completed, no additional stress is placed on the shoulder which is unique among arm machines.
User Positioning

Adjustable arm pads provide arm stabilization and may be positioned to accommodate user size or moved to the side. Seat height is also adjustable.
