Self-Adjusting Forearm Length - This design feature automatically adjusts for the differences in forearm length of a wide variety of users.

Grips - Rotating hand grips accommodate the natural variations in carrying angle of a wide variety of users. They also allow for both arm curl and hammer curl exercises.

Stabilization - The chest pad provides for better stabilization of the torso which also aids in elbow positioning.

Counter-Balanced Take-off weight - CYBEX engineering counter-balances the additional weight of the pressing arm assembly so that the user is lifting only the actual weight selected.
