ESSENTIALS
Stabilization Training
The FT-360s is designed for a wide variety of exercises that are ground-based (the body is its own support just as it is in the majority of life activities). As an example, a football player may press 500 lbs on his back with free weights. But to translate this performance to a standing position on the field, the training method of choice needs to emphasize dynamic stabilization - training with the body supporting its own weight.
Specific Performance
The wide variety of exercises that are possible on the CYBEX FT-360s allows training for very specific muscle groups. Users can perform unilateral, bilateral or reciprocal movements and can define their motion against resistance from virtually any direction.
Designed for Variety
The dual arms offer almost limitless arm training. A hip harness and ankle cuff provide even more variety to train the lower body. And the CYBEX FT-360s is designed so it can be used with benches or stability balls.
