Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of CYBEX International. CYBEX International is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier, mail, personal delivery, or any means other than the entry form submitted via the CYBEX website will not be accepted.

1. The contest is open to the general public of age of majority. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of CYBEX International or its subsidiaries and their immediate family members and persons with whom such employees or family members are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
2. The prize(s) are not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
3. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutes will be available.
4. By accepting the prize(s), the winner and the fitness facility designated by the winner and accepted by CYBEX International as described below each authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his/her/its name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and state and country of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, and distribution over the internet) which CYBEX International may deem appropriate.
5. In accepting the prize, the winner and its designated fitness facility each acknowledges that neither CYBEX International nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees, officers or agents shall be liable for any loss, damages, death or injury to persons or property related to or arising out of the acceptance, condition or use of the prize(s).
6. The winner and its designated fitness facility must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by CYBEX International acknowledging their acceptance of the complete contest rules.
7. CYBEX International retains the right, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
8. The contest is subject to all federal, state and municipal laws, and IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
9. CYBEX reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
10. One entry per person.

Eligible entries must be submitted on the form provided on the CYBEX International website, which will include an essay of 100 words or less that explains how exercising on the CYBEX Arc Trainer has positively impacted their life. The entry form, included completed essay, must be received by May 23, 2008. Submissions must be made via means of the CYBEX International website, www.cybexintl.com.


Prize(s) will be awarded to the winning essay subject to these contest rules. Prize(s) will be exclusively a CYBEX Home Arc Trainer (approximate list price $3495.00) to be awarded to the individual winning entrant and a CYBEX 630A commercial Arc Trainer (approximate list price $6495.00) to be awarded to the fitness facility designated by the winning entrant. The designated fitness facility must either be a fitness facility which has purchased CYBEX fitness equipment during the twenty four months ended March 31, 2008, or a charity which qualifies as a US tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or similar qualification in the case of an International charity. Whether a fitness facility qualifies to receive the prize will be determined in the sole discretion of CYBEX International. The winner and its designated fitness facility will be responsible for all applicable taxes and all transportation, delivery and installation charges.


Judges will be appointed by CYBEX International and will, in their sole discretion, determine which essay best explains how exercising on the CYBEX ArcTrainer has positively impacted their life. All decisions of the judges will be final.

NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified by email (or other means as determined by CYBEX International) on or before July 1, 2008.
