The Cybex Research Institute has assembled a distinguished group of professionals
in the areas of fitness and exercise science, sports performance, and rehabilitation,
who support the Institute's mission of disseminating vital information to industry
colleagues and fitness enthusiasts. Senior Trainers and Master Trainers conduct
educational seminars and workshops, create context-dependent fitness protocols,
and contribute written articles and other media, based on their own particular areas
of expertise. Research Fellows of the Institute engage in research on behalf of
Cybex, and their findings are part of the Institute’s efforts to lead the industry
in human movement science as it applies to fitness equipment and exercise programming.
