FEATURES & BENEFITS

Pressing Station (A,B)
The pressing station adjusts for multiple workout positions allowing everything from decline to overhead press to be performed from a single station. The nine position start adjustment feature gives users the ability to choose their ideal start position.

Low swivel pulley (C,D)
As part of the pressing station, the low swivel pully accommodates numerous exercises for shoulders, legs, biceps, and triceps.

Detachable Bench (E)
At the end of the pressing station is a bench (adjustable from -10˚ to 80˚). Because it is detachable, the bench can be used at the pressing station or it can be taken elsewhere in the exercise area (as an example, to use with free weights).

Lat Pulldown, Ab, and Fly (F)
The Lat Pulldown uses a forward-aligned pulley that provides a "pull to the front" motion - the proper motion for best training results. Arm extensions can also be performed from this station with proper biomechanics and safety. The fly has user defined motion that ensures maximum exercise effectiveness. And only CYBEX has it.

Buyer's Choice of Leg Station (G,H)
Some people like a leg extension/seated leg curl. Some people like a leg press. So purchasers of the MG500 can make a choice when they order. Both the leg extension/seated leg curl and the leg press provide easy access and easy adjustments.

Angled back pad (I)
Users can begin abdominal crunches from a position of slight extension with the CYBEX angled back pad. Better results with a more complete range of motion.

Easy adjustments (J)
Unlike many multi-gyms, MG500 users do not have to spend a measurable part of their exercise time changing settings. And, knowing that on-site instruction is not often available in a smaller setting, we have made using the CYBEX multi-gym intuitive.

Stability & comfort (K)
Integral footplates on the seated row means improved stability and comfort.
