Multi-Gym
The CYBEX MG500 multi-gym is a great tool for a wide variety of users. It was built to accommodate serious strength trainers with three 230 lb (105 kg) weight stacks and the starting weight as low as 12.5 lbs (5.7 kg) gives beginners and older exercisers a workout that is right for them.
