Cable based training can be used to strengthen and condition every part of the body. Yet many of the awesome features remain allusive to the exercise professional. This workshop will give the knowledge and hands on training needed to master this gym gem in a variety of settings with a variety of users.

Attendees will recall the benefits of cable resistance training in relation to other resistance training mediums as exhibited through conversational review. Attendees will create a library of exercises built from an understanding of muscular anatomy, lines of force and torques. Attendees will exhibit learning by creating effective exercises, justifying the variables of their chosen exercises and discussing the implications on the exercise user in a group setting.
