Experience a variety of resistance training protocols designed for real clients in a real gym setting. You’ll leave this workshop ready to design resistance training programs and provide exercise progression.

Objectives:
Attendees will recall muscle physiology, training principles, the research behind, and desired adaptations associated with, a large variety of resistance training protocols. Students will experience 3 resistance training protocols. Successful learning will be exhibited through appropriate protocol selection, program structure. Progression guidelines will be assimilated via a series of case studies.
