CYBEX INSTITUTE PRESENTS
Dr. Paul Juris, Executive Director of the CYBEX Institute for Exercise Science, will present educational sessions at the CYBEX booth. Presentation times are listed at the booth. Topics will include "The CYBEX Arc Trainer" [The science behind the design and performance of a ground-breaking device] and "Bravo - core muscle activation and why postural support enhances it". Sessions are targeted to creating an understanding of the science of exercise - important for trainers and all those who are interested in improving their workouts.
Educational Session - Drive Sales Using Cause-Related Marketing
Joan Carter, CYBEX Vice Chairman, will present an IHRSA educational session on Friday, March 12 from 4:00-5:00 titled "Do Well by Doing Good". Cause marketing is a proven method to engage current members and attract new ones, most recently demonstrated by the CYBEX Pink Ribbon Run which Ms. Carter founded and directed. Learn the "dos and don'ts" of initiating a cause campaign and how to make it work for your club.
