2013 Going Private Merger

On February 7, 2013, Cybex completed its "going private" merger transaction. Up until this date, Cybex stock traded on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol CYBI.

On February 12, 2013, Transmittal Letters were mailed to Shareholders providing instructions on how to receive merger consideration of $2.55 per share.
